# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • They taste like indulgence but come together in minutes with ingredients you probably already have.
  • Freezing the bananas first means the chocolate hardens instantly, no waiting around.
  • You can dress them up with nuts and coconut or keep them plain, theyre good either way.
02 -
  • If the bananas arent frozen solid before dipping, theyll turn to mush and slide right off the fork.
  • Chocolate seizes if it gets too hot, so use low power on the microwave and stir often.
  • These soften within minutes at room temperature, so serve them straight from the freezer.
03 -
  • Freezing the bananas first is not optional, it keeps them from sliding off the fork and turning into a mess.
  • If the chocolate starts to thicken while youre dipping, reheat it for a few seconds and stir.
  • Use a toothpick instead of a fork if you want less chocolate on the bottom, but I like the extra layer.
