02 - Combine chopped chocolate and coconut oil (if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second intervals, stirring well until smooth and fully melted. Alternatively, melt over a double boiler.
03 - Submerge each pretzel halfway or completely into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
04 - Set each dipped pretzel onto the prepared baking sheet. Immediately sprinkle festive toppings over the chocolate before it firms.
05 - Continue dipping and decorating remaining pretzels as described.
06 - Allow pretzels to rest at room temperature or refrigerate for approximately 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
07 - Once set, keep pretzels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
