02 - Whisk or stir the spice blend until all ingredients are evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
03 - Transfer the seasoning mix to an airtight container or spice jar. Store at room temperature for up to 6 months in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
04 - Use 2 to 3 tablespoons of seasoning per 1 pound of ground meat, chicken, tofu, or vegetables. Taste and adjust salt level as needed during cooking.
