03 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped

06 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
07 - 2 tbsp ranch seasoning powder
08 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder

# How To Make It:

01 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
02 - Combine melted butter, parsley, chives, and dill in small bowl.
03 - Mix parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper in separate bowl.
04 - Brush each ear of corn generously with herb butter mixture.
05 - Place corn directly on grill. Grill 12–15 minutes, rotating every 3–4 minutes, until kernels are tender and lightly charred.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • The combination of ranch and parmesan clings to every charred kernel creating bites that are simultaneously smoky creamy and zesty
  • Its a 30 minute side dish that makes people think you put in way more effort than you actually did
02 -
  • Apply the parmesan mixture immediately after removing corn from the grill while it's still hot enough to melt the cheese slightly
  • Press the coating onto the corn rather than just sprinkling it on top so it actually sticks
03 -
  • Husk the corn right before grilling to keep the kernels as fresh and sweet as possible
  • If your grill has hot spots move the corn around so everything cooks evenly
